Conexus Neuropsychology (ABN 75 989 025 126) is committed to protecting your privacy. This page explains how we handle information collected through this website. Information collected as part of clinical services is handled separately, and we discuss it with you directly before an assessment begins.
The enquiry form
When you contact us through the form, we collect your name, email address, contact number and whatever you choose to write in your message. We use it only to respond to your enquiry. Please don’t include detailed health information in the form — we’ll discuss that with you directly.
How we store it
Enquiries are sent to our email and stored securely. We don’t sell your information, we don’t share it for marketing, and we don’t use it to contact you about anything other than your enquiry.
Cookies
This website uses cookies that are necessary for it to work and to protect the enquiry form from spam.
